Through her practice, hum, Tessa offers sound meditation in studios, community spaces, and retreat settings; as well as 1:1 sound therapy. She is a certified multi-instrument sound practitioner, and IRCT Level 2 Usui Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, bringing this work into retreats and wellness gatherings through her travel and event company, Alacrity Destination Services, where she helps design and support meaningful group experiences. Tessa is currently completing her RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training, further expanding her ability to guide embodied practices that support balance, regulation, and embodied alignment.
