Tenneal Bringle
Tenneal has been practicing yoga regularly at Balance Yoga Center for the past four years. Her background includes focused study of Ashtanga, which has shaped her appreciation for breath-led movement, consistency, and building strength over time.
She is currently continuing her education through regular practice, pursuing 200 hour registered yoga teacher training, drawing from Ashtanga principles while expanding her experience across styles. Tenneal's teaching emphasizes accessibility, nervous system awareness, and thoughtful sequencing, with the intention of creating a steady, supportive space for students.
Outside of yoga, Tenneal works in nonprofit leadership and community health, with a passion for supporting vulnerable communities.
