Sarah MaHannah

RYT-200; KRI-220 (Kundalini)

I fell in love with yoga’s liberating movement and have practiced various types for over two decades because of the positive effect it has on my mind, body, and spirit.  In 2014 I completed a 200 hour hatha-based Chopra Center Yoga Teacher Training program to deepen my personal practice.  This Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga TT included special focus on Ayurveda, the chakra system, and Primordial Sound meditation.  In 2020 I completed a 220 hour Kundalini Teacher Training to increase my knowledge of this specific lineage and dive further into breathwork and sound healing.  Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness and is a yoga that helps householders meet the needs and demands of todays modern society.  I am grateful to be able to bring this amazing practice to Balance Yoga Center and our wonderful community.

I am also an esthetician and co-founder of a clean beauty wellness line, Pure Dharma.  I currently live with my wonderful husband and two kids on a beautiful lake where we enjoy spending as much time in nature as possible.  Sat Nam!
