Led Ashtanga Half Primary Series
The primary series is a healing practice, consistent practice of Primary Series brings the body back to a state of balance so we can then work on a deeper level in meditation, pranayama, and more advanced series. Internally, the series targets the digestive system and abdominal organs including liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and so on. This class focuses on the fundamentals of the practice: breathing techniques, bandhas (muscle locks), sun salutations and standing postures with introduction to the seated postures, backbends and finishing postures, it follows each week a different section of the Primary Series. The instructor will offer modifications for every level of student.
