Power Yoga

Combine movement and breath for a challenging, fast paced mind-body practice. Explore the limits of your strength, flexibility, and balance in an active Vinyasa flow class. The practice includes Sun Salutations A & B as well as creative sequencing through standing and balance postures, backbends, seated postures and inversions. We encourage those that attend this level 2-3 class to work at their own pace. An understanding of alignment principles is recommended.
