Buti-Deep Flow Yoga Class

HOT Buti

A Power Flow class focused on deep abdominal restructuring with longer periods of stretch in between movements done in a heated room. This class is comparable to a Buti Class, minus the cardio training. With focus on technique and form, this class will work for beginners looking for a slower pace to follow, but also a great workout for experienced students including a deeper understanding of the practice.

Buti-Sculpt Yoga Class

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is a 30 minute high intensity cardio and strength training class. Kick start your metabolism with this fat burning class. This class has the optional use of sandbag/weights and bands for added strength training.
