Barbara EnochianBarbara has a long history in the field of health and fitness, dating back at least 30 years, to include teaching floor aerobics, step aerobics, and spinning, and devoting herself to running. About 15 years ago she felt the need of finding a calmer path to fitness and mental health and started teaching yoga at a local health club. Some were skeptical of the practice, but her followers grew and so did her understanding of the practice. Barbara’s mantra is, “Yoga is a journey with no destination.” She hopes you will join her on this adventure to a stronger, more flexible, more youthful body and a mind that is rooted in centeredness.
