We offer classes to meet the need of every student that walks through our doors. We denote our classes with 4 key words to help guide every student with type/pace of classes offered.

ESSENTIALS: Classes geared to our beginner/Level 1 students, but ALL students welcome. Classes are taught at a slower pace.


If you are new to yoga or prefer a slower-paced class, this is the one for you. The instructor will take more time guiding you into poses, explaining alignment principles and breathing techniques. A great class to build your yoga foundation.

ESSENTIALS: Gentle Stretch

This is a gentle yoga class that focuses on increasing mobility and flexibility. Accessible to all students.

ESSENTIALS: Iyengar Basics

This class is great for people wanting to learn the basics of Iyengar Style yoga in a systematic way. You will learn the foundation of Iyengar Yoga in a physically challenging, encouraging and well-paced progressive format.


Yin Yoga directs the asana practice into the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints which are not exercised very much in an active (or yang) asana practice. Yin yoga is a perfect compliment to the dynamic and muscular (yang) yoga practice that emphasizes internal heat, alignment, and lengthening and contracting of muscles. Yin yoga helps to regulate the body's energy and allows for a deeper connection of mind, body, and spirit.

BALANCED: Mixed level classes incorporating flow of movement and has a nice blend of active and passive poses.. Classes are taught at a medium pace and students are encouraged to practice at their individual level.


Are you looking for a class that will cultivate strength, flexibility, and peace of mind? This class incorporates flow of movement and has a nice blend of active and passive poses. A great class for all yogis, where students are encouraged to practice at their own pace.

BALANCED: Mindful Flow

This dynamic flow class (breath and movement together) will help you to build strength and flexibility, increase range of motion, learn more about yoga concepts in practice and how to use them in everyday life. There is an emphasis on body alignment for safety.

BALANCED: Morning Flow

A great way to start your day. A more energetic morning practicing incorporating flow yoga to wake you up and get you going.

BALANCED: Sunday Morning Yoga

A Sunday Morning Mindful Practice taught by a rotation of our Balance Yoga Teachers. Come experience something new each week. Class will incorporate pranyama (breath-work), asana (physical poses) and meditation.

ENERGETIC: Mixed level classes incorporating an active flow of movement. Classes are more physically demanding and students are encouraged to practice at their individual level.

ENERGETIC: Saturday Morning Yoga

ENERGETIC: Warm Yoga Flow

This is a slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow in a room heated to 80-85 degrees. A gentler flow class for all levels connecting the breath with dynamic, flowing movements building to stronger/apex poses with modifications given, assistance, and breaks if you want them.
Room is heated to 80-85 degrees.

ENERGETIC: Yoga for Strength & Conditioning

A dynamic Yoga Class which includes longer held and challenging poses to cultivate strength and stamina in the body.


Set to contemporary upbeat music, this class will incorporate classical ballet barre exercises and technique in the center of the room, building core and lower body strength as well as lengthening and elongating muscles. Your energetic floor barre workout will encourage you to concentrate on correct body alignment and technique to encourage muscles to work together more efficiently. It will conclude with Yoga-Style stretching at the end of the class to cool you down and you will leave feeling great! No dance experience required.

SPECIALTY: Kundalini Yoga: Chanting and Meditation

Set the tone and intention for your week with gentle and devotional Kundalini yoga, meditation, and chanting. Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic and powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of the Infinite. In a Kundalini class we practice asanas, mantras, pranayam, and meditation. A regular practice can provide stress relief, healing of the body and mind, balance of the nervous and glandular systems, increase in personal power, and spiritual clarity. This is a yoga for every body regardless of strength or flexibility.

SPECIALTY: Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which we experience an aspect of God within ourselves. With a deep focus, awareness & connection to our breath we have the opportunity to listen to the wisdom that lies within. Within this space of stillness we are able to leave the external world behind and move inward. This important practice of quieting the mind while keeping the mind and heart open, create states of profound relaxation, peace, joy & love. As we cultivate these feelings within ourselves, we are more easily able to bring that relaxation, connectedness, openness, engagement and joy out into the world. Meditation gives you the chance to experience life in a different way. It all begins with the breath.


This yoga class will be taught through an exciting age appropriate theme and will enhance kids knowledge and experience of yoga.
